At Keagraphix Digital Services, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, the following refund terms apply:
Subscription Services
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund previous payments.
Digital Products
Due to instant access to digital materials: All digital downloads are non-refundable.
Custom Design Services
For website or graphic design projects:
- A deposit is non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled mid-way, work completed will be billed accordingly.
No refunds are issued for completed and approved work.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
- Services may be suspended.
- Access may be revoked until payment is successful.
Refund Requests
If you believe there has been an error in billing, contact us within 7 days at:
