Billing & Payment Information
We believe in transparent and structured billing to ensure a smooth working relationship with every client.
Please review the details below before subscribing to any of our website packages.
Setup Investment/Setup Fee
A once-off setup investment of R1,000 is required to begin your project.
This setup investment covers:
- Website design and development
- Technical configuration and setup
- Hosting configuration
- Security setup
- Initial website launch preparation
The setup fee is charged together with your selected monthly plan during your first payment.
Monthly Website Plans
After the initial setup, you will be billed according to your selected package:
- Basic Plan – R499 per month
- Standard Plan – R700 per month
- Premium Plan – R1,200 per month
Your first invoice will include:
R1,000 Setup Fee + Selected Monthly Plan
From the second month onward, you will only be billed your chosen monthly plan.
Billing Cycle
- Payments are billed monthly in advance.
- Subscriptions are processed automatically via our secure payment gateway.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on billing dates.
Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension of services.
Client Responsibilities
To begin your website project, clients are required to provide:
- Company logo (high-resolution format)
- Business images (if available)
- Written content (About Us, Services, Contact details, etc.)
- Any branding guidelines (if applicable)
Project timelines depend on receiving all required materials.
Design Brief & Agreement
Before development begins:
- Clients will receive a Design Brief Questionnaire to clarify requirements.
- A Service Agreement/Contract will be issued outlining scope, responsibilities, and terms.
Work will only commence once the setup payment has been received and required documentation has been completed.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Please note:
- The setup investment is non-refundable.
- Monthly payments already processed are non-refundable.
